Terms of use

Short, and mostly common sense.

Last updated January 2026

1. Using the site

PomoLife is free to use. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

2. The break prompts are not health advice

This one matters. Between rounds, PomoLife suggests things like drinking water, standing up and stretching, doing star jumps or press-ups, and looking away from your screen. These are general wellbeing suggestions, not medical, physiotherapeutic or dietary advice, and they are not tailored to you.

You take part at your own risk.

3. Availability

The site is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be available, always work, or suit any particular purpose. It may change or be taken down at any time.

4. What you may not do

5. Ownership

The design, artwork, writing and code of PomoLife belong to its owner, except for the typefaces, which are used under their own licences. You are welcome to link to the site, quote a short passage with credit, and use it as much as you like. You may not republish it as your own.

6. Advertising

The site carries advertising. We do not control what adverts appear and do not endorse the products in them. What happens after you click an advert is between you and the advertiser. See the privacy page for how advertising cookies work.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, PomoLife and its owner are not liable for any loss arising from using the site, including lost work, missed deadlines, or injury from a break activity you chose to do. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not permit that limit.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top will say when.
